You feel like you’re losing touch with the vibrant woman you once were, and it’s taking a toll on your mood, your relationships, and your sense of self.
What if midlife wasn’t about ‘getting through it’ but about reclaiming your energy, confidence, and joy?
You don’t have to settle for feeling stuck or overwhelmed - this is your time to feel vibrant, balanced, and ready to embrace the life you want.
Maybe you started forgetting your words at work and worry about your career stalling.
Or you often bicker with your loved ones because your mood is all over the place.
You must feel frustrated, confused, alone, and, sometimes, a little embarrassed.
It’s not all in your head: you’re likely perimenopausal.
In midlife, the delicate balance between oestrogen and progesterone is thrown off which affects your entire body and mind. . These fluctuations are causing your symptoms, which is why they often come and go and then get progressively worse.
The lifestyle, diet and habits that have worked for you in the past can’t support your body through this transition.
And the stress you deal with at work and at home isn’t helping. It has long-term effects, like anxiety, headaches and heart disease.
With my guidance, you’ll not only learn how to nourish your body, but also adapt to ongoing changes, just as I have.
With a personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategy, you can feel:
Full of energy
Excited about life
Confident
Radiant
Happy
My Story
While I was navigating perimenopause, my husband had cancer and eventually passed away. Our kids were eight and eleven.
I know what it’s like to feel utterly overwhelmed, forget a sentence you've just read, struggle to fall asleep, lack the energy to do daily chores, and be on the edge 24/7.
Here’s how I got my life back
I stopped dieting, improved my routine, and tweaked my meals following evidence-based Nutritional Therapy principles. The result? My menopause symptoms eased and I became better equipped to manage the stress of becoming a sole parent.
And even though I still experience new symptoms every now and then, I can quickly adapt my diet and lifestyle to manage them.
I understand what my midlife body needs, so I’m in control of how I feel.
I want that for you, too.

Improved sleep quality, awaken refreshe
Improved digestion, less discomfort.
Improved bowel and bladder function.
Improved immune function.
Improved stress coping mechanisms
Less pain and inflammation, improved mobility.
More energy, less fatigue.
Clearer thinking, less brain fog.
Improved mood, less anxiety, depression and mood swings.
These are only a few of the changes you could experience. Overall, you will feel relieved with being back in control of your health, have hope and excitement for the possibilities ahead.

Unfortunately, no one can guarantee that. I can however guarantee that I will work with and guide you to make the necessary changes that enables your body to function better. My role is to help you provide the body with what it needs. Whilst even the simplest changes can have a powerful effect the results you can achieve can vary on many factors. I am here to guide you on your journey and set you on the path to better wellness. Sustainable changes will ensure this journey continues long after our plan has finished.
We never want to make anyone miserable and will always aim for balance. There is no such thing as good and bad foods only foods that may be more beneficial than others. Unless you have a true allergy to a food we will never say you can’t ever have it again. We tend to work on the principle that making wiser choices 80% of the time enables our bodies to thrive during those times when we want to have that bar of chocolate or that meal out. The stress of striving to be perfect can often do more harm than having the things we want for that remaining 20%.of the time.
After your program has ended you can either book a pack of follow up sessions and have periodic check-in appointments or you can come back for a review at any time. If it has been more than 6 months since your plan ended we may need a longer first session to assess your current status and ensure your plan is still appropriate.
We don’t include tests as standard as this is recommended on a case by case basis and not everyone will need testing or may only need standard testing as offered by the GP. The cost of private testing will be in addition to your package price and mutually agreed as appropriate. Testing is entirely optional.
Our priority is always to take a food first approach - changing habits and choosing foods that foster better health is always much more sustainable in the longer term. However sometimes a small number of supplements can help to correct nutrient deficiencies or support symptoms whilst you embed better habits into your day. We always aim to keep this to a minimum and affordable whilst respecting any decision you may make with regards to the recommendations. We do ask that you check with us before changing a supplement we have recommended or adding in anything additional as we will have checked our recommendations are safe with your current health concerns and any medication you may take.
