DNA-based diet and lifestyle plans to boost your top talent’s energy, focus, and drive higher business performance.

In-House Clinic days to offer personalised advice.
Back to Work specialised guidance for employees returning to work after prolonged absence.

Vitality’s annual Britain’s Healthiest Workplace study found that poor health and people showing up to work sick cost the UK economy nearly £92 billion in 2019.
And things might compound soon. Studies show that chronic stress has a negative impact on long-term health, leading to chronic illness, including cancer.
If your leaders don’t take care of their health, they experience:
decreased productivity
lack of focus and creativity
mental health issues
And long term ill health.
This results in more sick days, increased presenteeism, lower performance, greater staff turnover, and under-par profits.
With my personalised, DNA-based nutrition and lifestyle plans, your executives will feel and perform at their best.
By combining my lunch and learn webinars with in-house clinic days, your employees will gain practical tools to improve their health, boost productivity, and you will strategically be fostering a culture of wellbeing that benefits both individuals and your organisation.
Since 2018, the average number of sick days per UK employee has risen from 3.7 to 6.7 days, costing businesses an additional £30 billion annually.
In 2023, UK employees were absent for an average of 7.8 days, up from 5.8 days pre-pandemic. Over 76% of respondents attributed absences to stress, with heavy workloads identified as the primary cause.
Poor mental well-being, including stress, costs UK employers an estimated £42 to £45 billion annually through absenteeism, presenteeism, and staff turnover.
In 2022/23, approximately 875,000 UK workers reported work-related stress, depression, or anxiety, leading to 17.1 million lost working days
Employee wellbeing programmes typically deliver:
Reduced sickness absence
Lower staff turnover
Improved performance
Better focus and creativity
And reduced risk of chronic disease.
Investing in employee health can boost a company's bottom line.
When people prioritise their mental and physical wellbeing, they perform at a higher level.

I work with people who often feel under the weather, suffer from poor health, are struggling to cope with stress or are returning to work after a prolonged illness, including cancer.

Nutrigenomics for your top talent
Our genes uniquely interact with different nutrients, influencing our wellbeing, disease risk and longevity. Nutrigenomics unlocks this precious information.
By analysing your top talent’s DNA test results, I can recommend specific nutrients and practices that support their whole body, improve their energy levels and focus, aid stress management, and help prevent disease.
After explaining to your leaders why prioritising their health before retirement is key, I will guide them through the test reports so they can understand how to leverage the results.
Then I will design a DNA-based diet and lifestyle plan that suits your top talent’s busy schedules.
Our genetic makeup is fixed, so your leaders can revisit the reports at any time throughout their lives to support their health in the long term.

My life experience allows me to connect with high-performing individuals who often feel they’re too busy to prioritise their health.
Just two weeks after my husband retired, he was diagnosed with cancer. Within a year, we lost him. His dedication to his executive role had come at the expense of his health, ultimately preventing him from enjoying the retirement he had worked so hard for.
This experience has become the driving force behind my mission: to help others avoid the same fate. Through my workshops and one-on-one consultations, I empower busy professionals to take control of their health, make sustainable changes, and thrive both in their careers and in their personal lives.
It’s never too late to start prioritising your health, and I’m here to show you how.
